
Marion J. Woidan, age 81, of North Branch,
Michigan died Sunday, November 9, 2003 at Lapeer Regional Hospital. Marion was
born September 22, 1922 in Elkland Township, Michigan to Bert and Grace (Krug)
Clara.
Marion was a cook at Lapeer County General Hospital for 15 years, and she was a
receptionist for Lapeer County Sheriff's Department for 7 years. Marion was a
member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She enjoyed bowling, gardening and
reading.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Husted of North Branch, Michigan, sons; Jerry (Karen) Woidan of North Branch, Michigan, Dale Woidan, George (Cheryl) Woidan, Jim (Donna) Woidan all of Arcadia Township, Michigan and Ron Woidan of Brown City, Michigan, sister, Bernice Clara of Caro, Michigan brother, George Clara of Cass City, Michigan, 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, many nieces and and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Walter, son, Garry, daughter-in-law, Annette and 2 great-grandchildren.
Family suggests memorials to be made to the St. Mary's Cemetery.
Family will be present for visitation on Tuesday, November 11, 2003 from 2 to 8 pm. The funeral mass will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Burnside, Michigan, with Fr. Richard Treml officiating. Burial will be in Elkland Township Cemetery, Cass City, Michigan.
