Jo-Ann (Naracon) Willoughby, age 57, of Flint, Michigan died Friday, April 4, 2003 at Genesy's Health Park. Jo-Ann was born February 13, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan to Leo and Alma (Ferrier) Naracon.

Jo-Ann enjoyed working on plastic canvas projects.

She is survived by her sister, Sheryl (husband, Donald) Kaulkins of Grayling, nieces; Grace (husband, Byron) Childers of Brown City, Michigan and Lisa Kile of Croswell, Michigan, nephew, Ronald Kile Jr., of Fostoria, Michigan, and life partner, Arlene Willoughby. Jo-Ann will be sadly missed by her sister, and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be a memorial service for Jo-Ann at 11:00 pm , Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Keur will be officiating.
