Loraine Marie Osborne, age 54, of North Branch, Michigan, died Tuesday, March 16, 2004 at her home.
She was born December 10, 1949, the daughter of Thelma (Hodges) Caldwell in Grayling, Michigan.
Loraine grew up in the North Branch area and graduated from North Branch High School in 1968. On October 24, 1970 she married James Osborne at the North Branch United Methodist Church.
Loraine was a member of the American Bell Association. She enjoyed collecting porcelain bells, working in her flower gardens and reading. Loraine worked many years at Bryans Market as a manager.

She is survived by her husband, James, son, Dennis Osborne of North Branch, Michigan, daughter, Jennifer Osborne of Hanover, Michigan, mother, Thelma Caldwell, sister, Donna (Lynn) Gates, brothers; William (Kim) Caldwell and Dan Caldwell of of North Branch, Michigan, grandchildren; Ariel and Justine Osborne, 2 special friends; Debbie Stradinger of North Branch, Michigan and Jeanie Smoke of Tennessee, and a special cousin, Pam Taylor of Six Lakes, Michigan, many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Caldwell in 2003.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, March 20, 2004, 2:00 PM at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home in North Branch, Michigan, with Rev. Ron Hutchinson officiating.
