Max S. Libner, age 64, of Columbiaville, Michigan, died Sunday, November 16, 2003 at Genesys Health Park. Max was born May 20, 1939 in Dryden Township, Michigan. He was the son of Stanley and Mabelle (Hall) Libner.
Max grew up in Dryden, Michigan and graduated from Dryden High School and he married June Wilt on January 18, 1975 in Lapeer. He was employed with Imlay City Vlasic Foods Inc
Max enjoyed bowling, his dogs and children.

He is survived by his wife, June, sister, Victoria Elaine McDaniel, sisters-in-law; Donna Harper of Lapeer, Michigan, and Dawn Wilt of Burton, Michigan, brothers-in-law; Ray Wilt of Columbiaville, Michigan and Charles (wife, Debbie) Wilt of Yale, Michigan, 4 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will be present for visitation on Tuesday, November 18, 2003 from 5 to 8pm, Wednesday, November 29, 2003 from 11 to 1 and 4 to 8pm and Thursday, November 20, 2003 from 10 to 11am. The funeral service will be 11:00 am, Thursday, November 20, 2003 at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Harrison officiating. Burial will be in West Deerfield Cemetery, Fostoria, Michigan.
