Eugene A. Firmingham, age 60, of Lapeer, Michigan, died Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at Lapeer Regional Hospital. Eugene was born May 10, 1943 in Arcadia Township, Michigan, the son of Frank and Mabel (Klauka) Firmingham.
On November 16, 1984 Eugene married Barbara Milbocker in Lapeer, Michigan. Eugene attended Marlette Charity Baptist Church. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and watching baseball and wrestling Eugene also like fixing stereos.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara, daughter, Sherry (Dale) Barber of Lapeer, Michigan, sons: Timothy Firmingham of Columbiaville, Michigan, and Adam (Jennifer) Firmingham of Lapeer, Michigan, sisters; Doris Wright of Lapeer, Michigan, Clara Wright of Brown City, Michigan, Donna (Wayne) Boyne of Marlette, Wilma (Max) Prentiss of Brown City, Michigan, and Mary Firmingham of Saginaw, Michigan, brothers; William (Laura) Firmingham of Lapeer, Michigan, and Ronald (Betty) Firmingham of Brown City, Michigan, grandchildren; Thomas and Andrew Firmingham and Madison Barber, many nephews, nieces and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, John, brothers; Robert, Russell and Norman, sister, Mary.

The family will be present Friday, April 2, 2004 from 2 to 8 pm and on Saturday, April 3, 2004 from 10 to 11 am. The funeral service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, April 3, 2004, at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Walters officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, North Branch, Michigan.
